This is the first E-learning Course for Polticial Science at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Qaran (UOQ), which is the best Somali National University in the Democratic Republic of Somalia. This political science course was designed and prepaed by Dr. Badal Kariye who is the President of the University of Qaran (UOQ).
